4" Fixed

I just tested the update. Seems to fix bugs caused by 4" screens. Back to 5 stars for the best STG ever made. They should have put all of the extra space below the game, not half and half. Its funny that the biggest company responsible for innovating shooters didnt do that, and doujin games like Danmaku Unlimited 2 has it right.
